For the twelfth time the West Virginia Wine and Arts Festival has been a part of Martinsburg’s Memorial Day celebrations.This year the Arts Centre hosted the event at Historic Boydville where West Virginia wines and beers were sampled along with local food, arts and live music.Program Director for the Arts Centre Shelley Aikens said the festival is only part of the centre’s summer activities, which include various classes for both adults and children.For information on how to participate in these events or volunteer with the Arts Centre contact call (304) 263-0224.
