Eagles getting ready for the season
The Hedgesville Eagles Football Team is getting ready for the season. The team held their media day Friday. Head Coach Paul Plott let the team take a break from practice for pictures and interviews. There were 50 players at tryouts this year, including more than 30 sophomores. Plott said he is pleased with the team so far, but that they need to focus on execution in the coming weeks. As for goals this season, Plott said success is measured in different ways. He said wins would be great, but if they play hard and are competitive they will find success.
