Watch out for ghosts, goblins and probably more than one Hannah Montana.  Children 12 years old and under will take to the streets of Martinsburg this Thursday October 30^th for Trick-or-Treat, then Berkeley County Children follow suit on Friday October 31^st.  Although Halloween officially falls on the 31^st a high school football game at Martinsburg caused the Martinsburg City Council to move the event to Thursday between 6:00pm and 8:00pm.  Trick-or-Treat in the county will still be held on the 31^st.  Children 12 years old and younger living outside the City of Martinsburg may participate between 6:00pm and 8:00pm that evening.
