The Journal reports the Berkeley County Historical Society is planning to hold its second genealogy fair October 3^rd at christ reformed ucc church from 10am to 3pm. Information from Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan county genealogies will be available. Since Berkeley county was the first settled area of West Virginia, the archives date back to the mid 18^th century. Information will also be available from Frederick county Virginia, when this area was a part of Virginia back in the mid 1700’s.

For donations, people are being asked to set up tables displaying their own family genealogy. To reserve table space, call 304-267-4713.
