Jefferson County Parks & Rec a finalist for national live music grant

SHENANDOAH JUNCTION, W.Va. — Jefferson County Parks & Recreation is asking for your help after being named a finalist for a national grant.

The park system announced Friday they are in the running for a $25,000 grant from Levitt Amp to bring ten weeks of free live music to venues across the country.

“We are thrilled to share Jefferson County is a finalist for the Levitt Amp Grant,” Jefferson County Parks & Rec Public Relations and Programming Director Becki Zaglifa said. “As part of the grant process, we need to show our community support through online voting. Your vote will move us forward.”
