US Marshals seeking Martinsburg fugitive

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — The U.S. Marshals Service Mountain State Fugitive Task Force is looking for a fugitive on the run since July.

Corey Nipper, 31 of Martinsburg, was placed on bond in June of 2019 for possession with intent to deliver meth, possession with intent to deliver cocaine and being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm.

Nipper avoided pre-trial supervision later in June. An arrest warrant was issued by Berkeley County Court on July 15, 2019.

U.S. Marshals believe Nipper may still be in the Martinsburg area or in his home state of Georgia.
